Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Stormed Co. (a brand of JC Creative Studios LLC). By using this store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Our products

We sell original-artwork t-shirts commemorating college-football matchups. Each tee is made to order and printed on demand by our fulfillment partner (Printful) after you buy it. Product images are mockups; actual print color and placement may vary slightly. Our designs are independent fan art and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, team, or athletic conference.

Orders and payment

Prices and any shipping charges are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the order looks fraudulent) and will refund any amount charged in that case. Your order is a binding purchase once payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the item is produced. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.

Returns and refunds

Because every tee is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us at support@stormedco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may be full or partial depending on the issue.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the store to break the law, infringe others’ rights, resell our artwork, scrape or overload the site, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

The Stormed Co. name, site, and artwork are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a tee gives you the physical product, not any rights in the underlying artwork or brand.

Disclaimer

The store and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stormed Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
