Privacy Policy

What we collect

• If you join our email list: your email address, an optional first name, and up to three favorite college-football teams you choose, plus which page you signed up from.
• If you place an order:your email, shipping address, the items you ordered, and order/payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
• If you sign in: we use a one-time email code or Google/Apple sign-in. We store your email and a session cookie so you stay signed in.
• Automatically: our hosting provider logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.

We do notuse third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not buy or enrich your data from outside sources. Any “favorite team” signal we infer comes only from shirts you actually bought.

How we use it

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and handle refunds or support.
• To send the weekly drop email and other messages you opted into.
• To personalize which tee leads your drop email based on the teams you follow.
• To operate, secure, and improve the store, and to meet legal obligations.

Our legal basis is your consent (email marketing, which you can withdraw at any time), performing our contract with you (fulfilling orders), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the store.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run the store. We do not sell your personal information.

• Stripe — payment processing (payment and billing details).
• Printful — printing and shipping your order (name, shipping address, phone (if provided), items).
• Resend — sending our emails (your email address and name).
• Supabase — our database and sign-in provider.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure logs.
• Telegram— we send ourselves internal order notifications through Telegram’s Bot API for order management; these admin alerts include your email address and order reference.

We may also disclose information if required by law. The artwork on our tees is generated from public game results and does not use your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe, and order records are kept as long as required to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email support@stormedco.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. You can also review and update your email preferences and favorite teams anytime from your account preferences.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn off drop announcements from your account preferences at any time. We honor opt-outs promptly. Transactional messages about an order you placed (such as a shipping confirmation) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your cart. Our cookies are set as secure, same-site cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children’s privacy

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
